• Trust Members: Act as guardians of the trust, ensuring Trustees govern effectively in line with statutory obligations and Trust values.
• Non-Executive Directors: Bring your expertise in education, finance, law, HR, marketing, or other sectors to help the trust achieve its strategic objectives.
• Audit & Risk Assurance/Finance Committee Members: Provide high-level oversight on financial, audit, and risk matters, delivering valuable recommendations to the Trust Board.
• Local Governors: Serve as a ‘critical friend’ to individual academies, supporting leaders and holding them accountable for every pupil’s progress and well-being.
